1. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • This confirms we have received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.
  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 USD.
  • For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


3. Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Items

  • Orders for in-stock products ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom-Made & Group Orders

  • Processing takes 2–4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order.
  • During peak seasons (Easter & Christmas), allow up to 6 weeks.
  • Processing timelines are always detailed on each product page under “Processing & Availability”.

4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States.
  • International shipping is available only for certain products. Please contact us before placing an international order.


5. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Risk of fraud
    • Incorrect customer information
  • If an item is priced incorrectly, we’ll contact you for instructions or cancel and refund your order.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Royalty Designs Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
  • If your package shows delivered but is missing:
    1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
    2. Contact us at rdb@hotaischool.com if you need further assistance.


7. Delivery Methods

We ship exclusively with trusted carriers to ensure the safety of your order:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the package in a secure location.
  • Leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as your order may already be in processing.


9. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this number to track your order’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
  • If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 business days, email us at rdb@hotaischool.com for assistance.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may have shipping limitations based on:

  • Carrier policies
  • Product size or weight
  • Regional regulations
