Return & Refund Policy

Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • You must request approval for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right:

  • Contact us at rdb@hotaischool.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, you can choose:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • An exchange for the same item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

  • Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective exchanges.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, you will receive:

    • Store credit to place a new order, or

    • An exchange for another eligible item.

  • Refunds are not available for non-defective returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or

  • Your order is canceled due to product unavailability or an error on our end.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at rdb@hotaischool.com.

5. Custom-Made & Final Sale Items

  • Custom-made garments and items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

  • If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to find a solution.

6. Order Cancellations

  • If your order is canceled due to product unavailability or an error on our end, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at rdb@hotaischool.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, product details, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Await approval and follow the return instructions we provide.

  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.

  5. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
