At Royalty Designs Boutique, every garment carries a testimony. Founded and designed by Delki Rosso, our creations go beyond fabric—they are a form of ministry, worship, and prophetic expression through beauty. Since 2009, we've been honored to serve worshipers worldwide with garments that glorify Jesus Christ and reflect His majesty.

This Custom Order & Group Order Policy ensures clarity and excellence throughout the entire process. By submitting payment for a custom or group order, you (the customer) agree to the following:

Step 1 — Placing Your Order

You have two options when placing your order:

Option 1 — Ordering Directly on Our Website

  • If your desired items are already listed online and no customizations are needed, you can place your order directly on our website.

  • Full payment is required at checkout (no deposits for ready-made items).

  • This is the fastest option if you’re ordering standard styles with no changes.

Option 2 — Custom or Group Orders

  • If you require custom designs, sizing adjustments, fabric changes, or group coordination, please contact us directly.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

  • Your order will not enter production until both your deposit and final approved design are received.

Step 2 — Choosing & Approving Your Design

  • Work closely with our team to select fabrics, colors, and style combinations. We’ll guide you through every step of the customization process.

  • You may mix fabrics and styles as long as materials are in stock.

  • If a desired fabric is not available, we will source alternatives for you. Please note this may add additional time to production.

  • Once you approve the final design, we will proceed with production.

Step 3 — Production Timelines

Our production times vary depending on the season and complexity of your order:

  • Standard production for custom garments is typically 6–8 weeks.

  • Larger group orders may require additional time.

Tip for Groups: For large groups or ministry teams, we recommend contacting us 4–5 months before your event to ensure on-time delivery, especially during high-demand seasons like Easter and Christmas.

Step 4 — Payments

  • Ready-Made Items (Website Orders): Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Custom & Group Orders:

    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to start production.

    • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or pickup.

    • Payments can be made through our website, invoicing, or other approved payment methods.

Step 5 — Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and order size.

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request, but additional fees may apply.

  • Royalty Designs Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays. Please place your order early to avoid last-minute shipping issues.
