Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at rdb@hotaischool.com.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, especially for custom-made items.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping 🌎.

How long does shipping take?

  • Within the U.S. → 3–7 business days

  • International → 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tip: For custom or group orders, allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. During Easter and Christmas, please allow up to 6 weeks.

Custom Orders & Group Discounts

Do you offer custom designs?

  • Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom-made worship garments, prophetic flags, and accessories.

  • Contact us to discuss fabrics, colors, and unique designs tailored to your ministry needs.

Are group discounts available?

  • Yes! We offer group pricing for ministries, churches, and teams.

  • For large group orders, we recommend contacting us 4–5 months before your event to ensure on-time delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds → Only for defective, damaged, incorrect items, or canceled orders.
